[V1.3.3] Living UI through chat isn't always in the right folders or have the same structure

Expected: CraftBot should create a proper living ui and register is properly
Living UI should be registered like this:

in the agent workspace it should be:

What happened: CraftBot did create the app in theory but the plumbing around it was broken. The living UI folders aren't in the right directory. Living UI isn't registered in the list either

Living UI files were scattered around the project files:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ask Craftbot something like: Mass New Crawler/semantic analyzer that forecast stocks performance
2. CraftBot will ask questions and then start making a living ui
3. You can see in the image below the frontend, backend and other files are in root
