[V.1.3.3] Scheduled tasks are delayed and duplicated after restart of CraftBot

What happened:

• After restart, any previous scheduled but unexecuted tasks are re-scheduled and duplicated

What I expected:

• Scheduled tasks should be executed at the correct time and not be duplicated after restart

Steps to reproduce:

1. Schedule a task with CraftBot (ex. "send an email in 10 minutes"
2. Restart CraftBot
