Version always shows 1.0.0.0

The version of the CLI always shows up as 1.0.0.0

I would also expect it to not have the forth .0 - as that smells of old AssemblyVersion versioning and not the semantic versioning of the NuGet package, which is what I'm expecting to show up here.
