This PR refactors
plugins/core/src/graph/duplicate.tsto improve code health.The complex
detectDuplicatesfunction has been broken down into smaller, testable helper functions:findExactDuplicates: Handles Phase 1 & 2 (Exact Duplicate Detection).findNearDuplicates: Handles Phase 3 (Near Duplicate Detection with SimHash).processClusters: Handles Phase 4, 5, 6 (Template-Heavy, Canonical, Representative Selection).collapseEdges: Handles the final edge collapsing logic.This change makes the code easier to read and maintain while preserving all existing functionality.
