When experimental semantic conventions are enabled (OTEL_SEMCONV_STABILITY_OPT_IN=gen_ai_latest_experimental), Agent Engine logs were exported through the Cloud Logging gRPC API instead of being written to stdout. Drop this special-casing so structured JSON logs are always written to stdout via the CloudLoggingExporter `structured_json_file` parameter, matching the non-experimental path.
