Add tag version into uboot binary image filename

Currently http://jenkins.creatordev.io/job/CreatorDev/job/u-boot/job/2015.10/ is generating u-boot-pistachio-nor.img as the final uboot binary. It would be better if we add tag/version into the filename if a tag exists, else a githash should be added.
