Merge main and update custom Slack app documentation

Merged main branch into sharonpark22-patch-3 and updated the
custom Slack app documentation with:
- Better explanation and example (Magic 8 Ball screenshot)
- Improved step-by-step instructions
- Updated manifest with additional permissions (chat:write.public,
  incoming-webhook, home_tab_enabled: true)
- Moved screenshot to proper agents/deployment directory
