Create a Class for TransferAgreements #1007
Description
Use cases and examples from the Prior Learning Recognition working group support the creation of a new class for Transfer Agreement documents. This class would need a selection of the standard "Creative Works" properties to provide information about basic identification, lifecycle and QA, recognition and approval, possibly licensing, and relationships to other resources in order to support discovery and understanding of such documents.
It would also require a property to link to Transfer Value Profiles to provide the course equivalency / articulation information for the Agreement.
