Use case: full transparency requires that the process by which a specific transfer value is decided, and the evidence that supports a specific decision should be provided.

Outline Proposal:

• new property evaluationProcess to point to a process profile that describes the process used for an evaluation.
• a new class for Evaluation Outcome data / information, the developmentProcess property can link it to the relevant ProcessProfile
• new properties to link to/from the Evidence that the value that it supports.

NB: There is has a dependency on issue #1001 which should be entered into the schema management system before this one.

Use case: Allow recording of evidence/rationale/reasoning behind judgements such as a transfer value.

Create New Class
