What does this PR do?

Features:

  • Use CancellationToken to cancel CommandsExecutor.GetExecutionResultAsync.
  • Use CancellationToken to cancel QueueHelper.ForEachAsync.
  • New SignalTask system.

Chore:

  • Removed codecov.yml.
  • Added pr-merged.yml.
