DONE — bounded scope complete; focused PR #2078 is open: #2078 On the pinned pair-0 stage-0 forward / stage-1 backward boundary, the exact F2^9 census tests all 72 directed coordinate transvections on each of 112 ports. Every port has candidates (77 have 6; 35 have 42), totaling 1,932 port/map incidences, but the all-port intersection is empty. The optimistic profile invoice pays 112 rank-one shears and assumes 224 rank-one boundary transitions are removed. Across 144 calls this changes the local rank-one profile by -112/144 per call. The exact selected-word a-ceiling rises from 1690054109089/10^15 to 338060003381/200000000000000 (0.01455%), so the profile-only bound is weaker. No scalar endpoint, legal composition, supplier integration, or new kappa is claimed. The complete per-port certificate and verifier are in the PR package. Local exact replay and package metadata/pin checks passed on Python 3.14; local Python 3.12 replay was unavailable. PR CI is queued. Remaining question: whether a common non-coordinate rank-one update can align the full port family and then survive endpoint/schedule composition. |

At the selected pair-0 stage-0-forward / stage-1-backward boundary, can one explicit elementary frame map make a data axis reusable where the literal shared-axis test found no common axis?
Changed interface and charge. Permit one rank-one elementary transvection
T_ij = I + E_ijon the matched nine-coordinate port between calls; charge one rank-one update. Any restoration, second-call adaptation, owner move, frame transport or schedule change must also be charged. At most two rank-one boundary transitions are candidates for removal.Bounded method. Enumerate all 72 directed coordinate transvections for each of the 112 pinned port-frame pairs. Check exact
F_2^9frame compatibility and, for any candidate, the full pair endpoint identity on the pinned local maps. 98005ebbrules out a literal common axis on all 112 ports and leaves explicit maps open. PR #1155 (headd7d50406) treats read-free restoration coalescing over a recursion batch; PR #1930 (head11cb2266) constructs a three-stage target-to-source prefix chain; PR #2020 completes fixed three-call dirty boundary-adapter costs. This candidate is the one-transvection, exact selected-port frame question, not a general batch recurrence or prefix chain.Expected evidence. Exact candidate census, any full endpoint check, the rank-one operation invoice and a precise scoped obstruction or local mechanism; no new
