The bounded search waves are complete. The original mechanism remains open; neither failed greedy prefix is an impossibility theorem. No standalone obstruction/audit PR is proposed. The execution descriptions in the original claim retained below are historical; no further experiment is launched by this handoff.

Results

1. Optimistic full-cost relaxation: exact rational intervals bound the worst C=104 upper envelope near0.998408041702660621, below1-1e-8 under hypothetical ideal idle/hosting, A=0 and delta0. This is headroom in a relaxation, not a physical invoice or existence proof.
2. Small-room refinement screen:187564 generator tuples, not distinct rooms; zero strictly interior target-gap hits. Existing-frame equality and complements were unsearched. The claim that no carrier could deliver was retracted.
3. Fixed component: sources X2(label228),X4(label196); targets Y0(port0),Y6(port6); room span(32,196); B0 gathers X2+X4, delivers-1/2 to each target, precompensates initial dirt with+B0/2 at zero, and restores B0 at full. Intended full-program map is original G/2 plus four S entries of-1/2, explicitly not identity. Static component arithmetic does not establish chronological embedding.
4. Builder's original-chain check emitted no word. Its impossibility assertion was retracted because it froze paths that the contract permits changing.
5. Astra's actual joint scheduling attempt formed a legal carrier-capture prefix and completed411/416 original G captures (plus2carrier captures). It did not reach scattering. Five X58 contacts remained. In this emitted prefix and with frozen query caps, G23 must precede G16, G30 precede G23, G16 precede G30; vectors2,4,16 certify that cycle. This excludes extension of that prefix only, not alternative orderings.
6. A prelogged priority change placed feasible X58 gathers earlier after the same first4actions. All5X58 contacts completed, but only344/416 original captures plus2carrier captures completed;72original contacts remained. No scatter, complete partial map, complete profile or moment was attained. This is a second greedy-prefix failure, not a no-solution result.

Construction method and next useful problem

Partition the pinned word by original occurrence IDs:864 zero-frame additions,416 G captures,32 G-to-Q queries,416 G cleanups,416 D-to-Y scatters,32 D cleanups,416 Q cleanups, and64 private-phase events. Retain every scalar/private occurrence, arbitrary dirt, and immutable source rows; replace persistent paths only with charged monotone common-chart moves.

For each prospective X-to-G contact, the minimal common frame is the span of current source and helper frames. It must fit the helper's fixed query cap and every still-pending recipient cap of that source. A locally legal move may still create a later precedence cycle. The corresponding scatter scheduling has analogous shared-frame constraints. A room cover and independent per-target maxima are insufficient.

One proposed, untested continuation is a joint constrained-order/backtracking search on the same fixed component, starting before the conflicting prefixes and coordinating X58 with the early X4-to-G13/G7 reads. The search waves are closed. This is a handoff question, not a launched experiment; any future work requires a separately authorized prospective plan. Do not simply force all X58 contacts first. Preserve common-chart legality and global pending-cap constraints; after capture succeeds, scattering and full arbitrary-input endpoints still require verification. The final-hyperplane alternative remains untested, not excluded. Any new experiment needs its own prospective plan; this handoff launches none.

Validation and evidence boundaries

Independent partial oracle now binds original witness/inventory and actual source names, rejects source writes, checks exact fixed carrier coefficients and logical original-contact provenance, permits new charts and flags reordered contacts, pins private descents, and replays all dirty columns. Five expected-row helper tests were independently rerun by the leader; fifteen producer diagnostics passed. No positive complete candidate exists, so these are checker tests, not construction validation. General multifactor/full-H oracle, certified cost for an actual full word, native phases/recipes, chronological owners, precision and all-size admission remain unresolved.

Retained artifacts and receipts record the completed attempts and disclosed failures. Some early r3 output bytes are unrecoverable. One r6 diagnostics run crashed before writing its output; its traceback is transcript-only, as documented in RECEIPT-R6.md. No complete standalone receipt is claimed for that run. Earlier PLAN timestamp claims were inconsistent; producer corrections are testimony, not independently authenticated timestamps. The leader's H and wave plans preceded the actual runs. Current reproducible evidence is LOCAL-ONLY, not a public portable package. No PR is proposed merely to count a contribution.

Original transport occurrences are not required to be retained. Every replacement is charged and checked. This differs from frozen-path #2082/#2090/#2113 and retained-occurrence #2127 (thread2123); its additional-transport count is not a carrier-count bound. It also differs from terminal #2083/#2089, query-live thread2107, and thread2121's replacement joint-side producer. These neighboring claims are provisional evidence; we do not claim their theorems false or our construction feasible.

Exact bounded mechanism

• Preserve104 logically unchanged sources,104 target endpoints,72 original dirty roles, and the eight private descents/COPY56. Add C<=104 dirty carriers, with no new private lifetimes, erase/reset, or repeated carrier epochs.
• Delivery rooms are nonzero proper spans of1–3 distinct pinned port labels, and their orthogonal complements, deduplicated by binary RREF. Carrier paths are monotone zero-to-full. Gather a fixed rational source form through actual source-contact subframes; deliver only in its assigned room; restore that same form at full frame.
• Partition nonzero entries of S=I-G/2 into direct contacts and disjoint room rectangles. Source labels lie in each room and the room lies in each recipient hyperplane. Factor each rectangle exactly using increasing-index independent columns over Q and their unique coordinates; one dirty carrier per factor. No inferred carrier lower bound from the at-most-eight Gram rank.
• Compensate each carrier's initial dirt at frame zero, using the exact later delivery coefficients. Require one complete chronology for original and added contacts, identical canonical charts at every addition, valid nested transports, query readiness, private-copy lifetime validity and restoration of every dirty input. A cover or dimension ordering alone is not success.

Conditional full-cost screen, not admission

The first necessary screen grants hypothetical valid hosting and A=0. All changed paths, carrier climbs and private charges still enter P. Conditional mass2368+9C is neither a profile nor an owner construction. No additional unpaid-coordinate credit or subtraction of mandatory idle coverage. Actual chronological owners, native phases, coefficient/precision growth, addressing and outer/all-size obligations remain before any supplier or kappa claim.

Evidence, caps and overlap

Success requires a full witness, exact arbitrary-input identity/restoration verification, full paid profile and certified moment comparison, with independent replay. Controls must detect wrong coefficients, uncompensated dirt, illegal charts and omitted costs. Exact obstructions are scoped to this contract; timeouts/heuristic failure are inconclusive. First experiment wave: at most30 minutes, at most600 seconds per solver attempt and two local CPU workers; no remote jobs. Result: no ordering completes this fixed capture stage. With the original G captures and query caps retained and monotone frame paths, the carrier B0 cannot gather X2 + X4 in span(32,196). Five sources (X2, X4, X58, X76, X88) each need two contacts with a distinct pair of the four helpers G1, G7, G20 and B0, and each label lies in exactly its two helpers' caps. A source's earlier contact must be its helper's first required contact, an injective assignment, and five sources cannot use four first contacts. This covers every order of the 418 captures, not only the two greedy prefixes above.

Checked: two independent exact enumerations (cap-failure signatures and actual binary subspaces) find zero legal orders; deleting any one of the ten contacts admits an order (deletion-minimal core); all 416 original captures pass in their original order without the carrier; enlarging G1's or B0's cap alone admits 135,360 orders. Reproduce with python3 -I -B scripts/research_package.py --package research/p104-carrier-capture-order, expecting PASS_P104_CARRIER_CAPTURE_ORDER contacts=10 sources=5 helpers=4 legal_orders=0 deletion_controls=10 original_captures=416 no_new_kappa.
