Cinna Davis’s PR2219 helper-7 reuse composes with David Arias’s actual PR2152 coalesced word. The complete 735-column forward identity and chronological common charts pass. All retained scalar events retain their original source indices and charts; the 339 source chart changes are never reapplied to patched numbering. Unlike the predecessor’s retired-helper experiment, this composition pays a rank-9 ZERO→FULL transport to preserve every public boundary and the inherited owner-width contract.

The complete combined delta is +H9 − H2 − H7: unchanged local rank mass 5894, 3625 transports and nine fewer scalar additions. The selected-threshold moment decreases strictly. Replaying all 75888 inherited owner assignments yields a conditional κ upper ceiling of approximately 0.00165270058587, still 1.1933% below selected κ. No new exponent or admitted global/backward/precision/all-size supplier is claimed.

Validation is author-run and published: registered CPython 3.12 with assertions disabled; 2942 exact native recipes, 208 endpoint adapters and 4096 private-path Gaussian columns; ten source/algebra/invoice rejection controls plus a wrong-phase control. A Git-free, read-only CPython 3.14 export reproduced the receipt without changing any of 23 source/input files. Canonical main and both predecessor heads were unchanged at final refresh; live overlap covered 521 open PRs and 1016 Discussion records with complete pagination and no warnings. Hosted CI status is separate from these local receipts.

Scope released. Remaining useful question: bind this finite word to actual global native wrappers and price their complete bill; the conditional owner packing does not provide those interfaces.
