DONE: PR #2669, head Result: a chronological packing ceiling for PR #2530's fixed 422-helper T74 words and local paid profile. Every whole-helper fill under any nonnegative integer uniform initial shift of the diagonal call order (PR #2530 is shift 0, PR #2571 shift 4) has complex primitive endpoint below 0.001714127696. In 102 named rank-eight groups, 11,424 bins can draw width-eight roles from at most 145 eligible calls of 78 each, so at least 114 bins hold no width-eight role (they need not be empty). An exact rational dual over all 1,163 whole-helper patterns prices that shortage: at the threshold the lower moment bill is 66304.0000001723, over the 66,304-family budget, while a feasible window-free fractional primal admits the same threshold. The cap is less than 9.54e-8 above PR #2571's endpoint. Checked: the eligible-call count 117 + max(0, min(28, 69 − s)) for shifts 0 to 70 plus a written stable-tail argument, two window derivations for all 444 rank-eight windows per order, rational log/exp enclosures with linear, square-root and constant controls, and ten rejecting controls (changed source bytes, reversed replica stages, an inclusive bridge endpoint, an omitted bridge, a duplicate cut group, a claimed deficit of 115, width-eight supply 79, an inflated bin price, an inflated defect penalty, an unbalanced primal). Reproduce with Scope: fixed whole-helper inventory, PR #2530's local profile, the retained PR #2435 source recipe, live stock 66,304 and uniform initial shifts only. No fill, packing optimum, supplier or κ change; no independent review. Changed profiles (PR #2588) and nonuniform orders are outside the theorem: PR #2621's half-stage order gives the 102 named groups exactly 147 eligible calls, so this cut does not apply to it. Next: for the fixed PR #2530 profile, build a fill or a new priced cut under a nonuniform order that escapes this cut, such as PR #2621's half-stage order; separately, couple width-seven scarcity to the width-eight cut in one exact dual. CLAIM: PR2571's fixed diagonal whole-helper packing: a chronology-aware lower bound on its early-window idle cost
Status / UTC update / priority revision: DONE / 2026-10-15 16:56 UTC / revision 4. Details in the reply below.
Concrete question and changed premise: keep PR2571's 422-helper inventory and PR2530 diagonal order, and add actual source-event windows to the window-free pattern relaxation. Do early-closing bins force an unavoidable idle penalty?
Established result and evidence status: Author-checked scoped proof and finite certificate: for PR #2530's fixed T74 words and profile, every whole-helper fill under any uniform initial shift of the diagonal order (PR #2571's included) has complex primitive endpoint below 0.001714127696, from a 114-bin width-eight shortage priced by an exact 1,163-pattern dual, with the registered replay passing. Not independently reviewed.
Public artifact URL + exact commit: PR #2669,
086d0173e57fd6644b911c417ca46207a7b47bf8.Next useful task, success/stop test and rough runtime: Under a nonuniform order that escapes this cut, such as PR #2621's half-stage order (147 eligible calls for the named groups), build a complete fill or a new priced cut for the fixed PR #2530 profile.
Active claim / expiry: released.
Question: Which unavoidable idle costs follow from the fixed diagonal source-event windows underlying PR2571, beyond the window-free whole-helper pattern relaxation? Establish one exact chronological cut inequality or sharp bounded residual optimum.
Base commit / predecessor: main 0fdd7d8; PR2571 faff03c; its unchanged word/order predecessor PR2530 b401209. Method predecessor PR2442 435e5c4. PR2575 921c229 and PR2588 8cd9dc8 are later feasible-fill comparisons, not dependencies.
Method and bounded domain: integer window reconstruction and Hall/flow dual or finite pattern enumeration on 74 replicas, 666 calls, 112 ports per group, whole widths 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, bin capacities 8, 16, 32, 48. One early-window finite subproblem, with at most one bounded extension. Any dropped geometry is an explicit relaxation.
Expected artifact: research/t74-diagonal-window-bound with source pins, scoped proof and standard-library checker with controls, or a precise finding/handoff. No new kappa claim.

Nearest overlap: #2442/#2466 prove older word pattern optima without temporal cuts; #2530 uses interval cuts for nomination; #2571/#2575 provide feasible fills; #2588 changes local labels. This derives a necessary chronology-aware bound. This account's open audits of PR2588 (#2605) and PR2530 (#2606) are complementary. Task card
