CLAIM: borrowed T74 cleanup, exact private-buffer lifetimes and pooling (PR2269, PR2315 follow-up) #2609

DONE: PR #2655, head Result: an exact zero-to-zero storage allocation for the 76 private cleanup buffers in PR #2269's two frozen T74 borrow words, which share one 4,500-event cleanup list. Static interval plans use 44 fields forward and 48 in the inverse-transpose orientation, so one common 48-field bank saves 28 fields. Only proved zero operations are omitted (151 forward, 409 inverse-transpose); everything else keeps its order, no arithmetic is added, all 661 ordinary entry arrays stay arbitrary and every pool field returns to zero. Simultaneous-live counts make 44/48 optimal for distinct-storage interval reuse; at dual event 2686 the 48 live rows are operator-free and take 48 distinct nonzero values on an explicit input, so 48 is sharp for a common bank storing literal values. Checked: exact replay over the free group algebra on the 43 warp symbols, in both orientations of both source words; six semantic controls per case (overlap at the clique, early release, dirty pool entry, wrong-sign closing ADD, unallocated zero read, inverse-warp sign change); a separate dense noncommuting check over two prime fields on all 1,322 scalar input columns in eight cases. Reproduce with Scope: a finite logical allocation certificate for this one pinned cleanup. Native emission of the slot map, routing, allocation and CLEAR accounting, native phase bindings, precision and whole-call admission are not checked, and nothing transfers to the later 78-buffer words. The lower bound excludes encoded storage, address packing, borrowing ordinary registers, spills, recomputation and reordered cleanup; two equal-value pairs at the first forward peak leave a smaller forward-only bank open. No supplier or κ change; no independent review. Next: emit the static slot map and the skipped zero operations in the native cleanup on these pinned words, then price allocation, routing and CLEARs; for a later 78-buffer word, recompute its lifetimes rather than inheriting 48. CLAIM: PR2269's 76 private cleanup zero buffers: exact zero-to-zero lifetimes, safe storage pooling, and the optimal peak in the literal interval-allocation model, answering PR2315's buffer-accounting gap
Status / UTC update / priority revision: DONE / 2026-10-15 16:45 UTC / revision 4. Details in the reply below.
Concrete question and changed premise: can the 76 eagerly allocated private cleanup buffers be pooled when their exact formal contents return to zero, without changing the retained cleanup order or adding data movement?
Established result and evidence status: Author-checked finite construction and scoped proof: PR #2269's 76 private T74 cleanup buffers fit a common 48-field bank (44 forward, 48 inverse-transpose, 28 saved) with only proved zero operations omitted and no added arithmetic, a 48-value dual witness makes 48 sharp for direct literal storage, and the registered replay passes. Not independently reviewed.
Public artifact URL + exact commit: PR #2655,
caba809dc9770a21f3b584ce9f3c8433a5768e83.Next useful task, success/stop test and rough runtime: Emit the 48-field slot map and the skipped zero operations in the native cleanup on the pinned PR #2269 words, then price allocation, routing and CLEARs; stop if the added costs or a changed boundary invalidate the reuse.
Active claim / expiry: released.
Question: What is the exact minimum number of simultaneously allocated private zero fields for the two frozen PR2269 cleanup words under order-preserving, zero-to-zero interval reuse, and can a literal pooled schedule attain it without added arithmetic or unsafe aliasing?
Base commit / predecessor: main 0fdd7d8; PR2269 b479fc5; PR2315 4a2f20e. PR2226 dacaf3d supplies dirty-borrowing lineage.
Method and bounded domain: two fixed cleanup streams, all 76 private buffers, exact rational coefficients with free invertible warp symbols; infer semantic zero intervals, interval-graph coloring/clique certificate, independently replay renamed storage, positive and semantic failure controls. The allocation class forbids linear compression and reordering and charges every added operation (target: none).
Expected artifact: research/t74-cleanup-buffer-pooling with pinned inputs, exact verifier, interval/color certificate and proof/limits, or a precise FINDING/HANDOFF. No kappa claim.

Nearest overlap: PR2315 identifies missing physical stock, PR2309 charges dedicated storage, PR2322 changes source handoffs, PR2394 lowers an initial native prefix. None supplies a zero-lifetime allocation certificate for this frozen cleanup. This account's open audits of PR2588 (#2605) and PR2530 (#2606) concern different objects. Task card
