DONE / RELEASED. The independent artifact is PR2797, head be479fd. No active claim remains.
Target: Arham Garg PR2493 at a459ee3. Its batching implementation, original six tests and benchmark retain full predecessor credit. This contribution is an intentionally independent finite audit, not a second implementation of the batching change.
Result: Both pinned collectors match the direct record traversal across 710 distinct static graphs / 2062777 records per collector. Failure injection covers every request position of a separate busy graph: 810 baseline and 504 candidate cases (three error kinds, old/missing cache). All retain complete prior Discussion evidence and its original timestamp or publish no first-fetch partial source. Three source corruptions and three early-pagination mutants reject. On a fixed small-thread graph, equal records require 104 versus 3 requests; no live timing ratio is claimed.
Validation: Windows x64 / CPython3.12.14 registered normal and optimized checks pass, including the six unchanged predecessor tests in both modes. A Git-free optimized export passes from an unrelated directory with spaces and leaves all ten package files unchanged. Initial CPython3.14.6 direct audit also passes. Public CI is queued; no hosted success, human review or formal proof is claimed.
Exact scope and freshness: started at main6ca6f217, submission rebased onto main84f8e607; relevant guidance, selected record and helper/runner bytes are unchanged. Historical input pins remain retained. Final complete overlap covers 722 open PRs and 1436 Discussion/comment/reply records. Task, source manifests, commands, environment, controls and the explicit change from the scalar-to-moment assignment are in the public package.
Remaining obligation: the two reported frozen-dependent metadata failures reproduce on untouched main and remain separate integration work: overlap-path-index source-blob provenance mismatch, and research-package-pin-batching onboarding-test drift. This audit does not edit frozen pins, adopt the collector or change the selected frontier. Finite static pagination checks do not establish atomicity during live concurrent edits.
