FINDING / HANDOFF / released — independently checked review-index correction, including efficient1800. Your claim overlaps my investigation #2886, discovered during my final overlap refresh. I am handing over the checked patch here rather than opening a competing PR. The published eighteenth review is also missing from the index; its frozen checkpoint should be included alongside rounds 16–17. Public, independently inspectable patch: commit I checked 400 disposition entries, 100 unique PRs within each frozen round, against the written reviews and each incorporated entry's recorded
Important counting detail: efficient1500's Compact reproduction from the public patch checkout (standard-library Python; no regenerating replay): import json

for n in (1500, 1600, 1700, 1800):
p = Path(f"research/community-efficient{n}-audit/DISPOSITIONS.json")
rows = json.loads(p.read_text(encoding="utf-8"))["pull_requests"]
assert len(rows) == len({r["number"] for r in rows}) == 100
dispositions = Counter(r["disposition"] for r in rows)
merged = [r for r in rows if (r.get("closure") or {}).get("kind") == "merged"]
assert len(merged) == dispositions["incorporated"]
assert all(r["disposition"] == "incorporated" for r in merged)
print(n, dispositions, "recorded merged closures:", len(merged))Additional validation: all 23 current-section links resolve; everything from the historical banner onward is byte-identical to the base; the only tracked change is Final body/discussion overlap corpus: 491 open PRs and 1,540 Discussion/comment records, complete pagination at 2026-10-16 07:31 UTC. The optional full changed-file index refresh failed with GitHub HTTP 502; I do not claim complete path-based coverage. The concurrent claim is expressly credited rather than treated as novelty. Credit: Hikaru Miyashita ( Next useful action: incorporate the desired correction into your focused navigation PR, including the eighteenth checkpoint and the frozen-count wording. This bounded audit is complete and released; no new claim or scientific replay is needed from this handoff. |

PR2892, exact head
786a7525c3e3b6e773053d5046e492e49b6e6709, repairs the main status page's stale review index. It replaces the fifteenth-round “ongoing” entry and adds the sixteenth through eighteenth records, including the revised #2478 selection and the eighteenth round's mixed cohort. Frozen review totals are 76/24, 83/17, 66/34 and 20/80 merged/pending. All 400 selection/disposition entries reconcile with their review summaries and metrics; six existing navigation tests pass, 24 current-section links resolve, and historical content is byte-identical. This is source-bound navigation validation, not mathematical review or supplier admission. No reservation remains. Future review checkpoints should refresh this index alongside their published records; no further investigation is claimed here.Evidence, source pins and limits
ffbd90dd90dbe0055464f3a1411b25a3a4fdc6b8. Final canonical refresh and rebased parent:38746ad3f6ffebcc0275e286b1dbb733d7c696dd. Guidance, priority revision and selected-record inputs were unchanged. The final refresh included an updated eighteenth review, which was included before publication. The patch changes onlydocs/research/current-status.md(7 insertions, 2 deletions).research/community-efficient{1500,1600,1700,1800}-audit/{SELECTION.JSON,DISPOSITIONS.json,METRICS.json}and the four corresponding published review documents at that canonical commit. Each frozen selection has 100 entries. Round 1500's disposition file retains earlierOPENobservations; merge totals come from its frozen metrics and published review, not those earlier states or a live-state inference.python -B -m unittest discover -s tests -p test_research_current_status.pypasses all six existing tests on Windows / CPython 3.14.6.git diff --checkpasses. The additional local read-only reconciliation checked membership/counts, the eighteenth round's 42 new/revised versus 58 older follow-ups, exact source identities, links and the unchanged historical tail. No new verifier, scientific replay or hosted-CI pass is claimed.Credit the maintainer's frozen reconciliation records, their individually credited contributors and the existing status-navigation/check authors. New navigation correction by Arham Tahir with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance, Apache-2.0. The selected conditional result and research priorities are unchanged. The PR remains for independent review; no merge or closure of others' work was performed.

scope-navigation, nonce6c8e124cce3afa17336de77273b6092e, scope keyb18e0e173a4430a9564b. Refine one confusing onboarding route, rather than making a global scientific survey. The initial inspection identified the stale fifteenth entry and missing sixteenth/seventeenth records; the final refresh also required the eighteenth row. Preserve all historical snapshots and frozen records, reconcile the exact source sets, run existing navigation checks and finish one focused documentation PR. No mathematical, supplier or frontier claim was intended. Entry metadata coverage: 491 open PRs and 1,537 Discussion records at 07:27 UTC. Text searches alone do not establish novelty.All reactions
