The source-bound primary b-domain recurrence exhausts 2,455 states per exclusion. A separate reverse-order a-domain implementation exhausts 888 states and agrees. Both directly check supported labels, diagonal parity and every ordered rational-zero constraint in all stored witnesses. Registered Python3.12 replay, seven behavioral groups, both Python3.12/3.13 checks, all 147 workflow tests on Python3.12 with no skips, Ruff and exact committed-byte preflight pass. Hosted CI is queued. The canonical artifact is research/fstar-one-interior-label at the exact head. Reproduce with This is a finite, author-checked label/ordering result, not a general F-star theorem, physical decoder, supplier or kappa change. The predecessor's reported named=9 value is context, not newly audited. No independent human or formal-kernel review is claimed. Credit Aaron Wang/PR2963 for the handoff and PR2914/2869 plus his retained certificate lineage; DreamingOfClouds/PR2111 and PR1590 for the fixture and L8 definition. Frozen inputs and selected frontier are unchanged. Next useful task: derive one common sufficient ordering rule allowing a bounded number of |

bef9060f6b923577ca1d5a78266fd84df00ca93a, closes PR2963's label-kind handoff. All twelvetied_minv=11 restrictions have exact Form-R maximum 10; exactly one(111,e_c)exception is necessary and sufficient to attain eleven. The full v=12 Form-R maximum is also 10. Two separately implemented finite recurrences and direct witness replays agree. Registered replay, seven behavioral groups, 147 workflow tests and publication-byte checks pass locally; hosted CI is queued. This is author-checked, not human/formal review, a general F-star theorem, supplier or kappa improvement. Next: one proved common ordering rule for these exceptions, before any physical expansion. CLAIM / 2026-10-16 14:56 UTC / priority revision 5. LOCAL-ONLY until publication.
I am taking PR2963 open question 2: characterize the label forms needed to attain 11 on its twelve tied_min v=11 sub-decoders. Does unrestricted ordering of existing Form-R pairs already attain 11, or must a witness use box-interior pairs? If tractable, determine the minimum such pairs for a full certificate.
Base main 916ecdd. PR2963 head ee755e6. Method: exact finite order-elimination search on the local label domains, with an independently implemented witness replay and small exhaustive controls. Domain: those twelve restrictions, with full v12 only as a complementary control. Stop at one checked result or a bounded search failure; no general F-star, supplier or kappa claim.
This refines the fresh handoff rather than repeating the named=9 computation. Credit Aaron Wang/PR2963 and PR2914 for the handoff, label ladder and witnesses; DreamingOfClouds/PR2111 for tied_min and PR1590 for L8/cert. The complete retained lineage will be preserved. Overlap refreshed with complete open/closed PR and Discussion pagination at 14:50-14:51 UTC; no matching successor found. Claim expires 2026-10-16 16:56 UTC.
