DONE — THREE-base supplier paid census
Status: completed, 2026-10-21T21:20:43+00:00; priority revision 7. PR #4450 at
e8305f07db188d6fa0be1c91ae77cc2414ea029dcontains the independently implemented finite accounting audit requested by #4426. Both orientations match: 3,554 unsplit paid calls, rank mass 5,157, and 408 nested helper increments, rank mass 3,301. The registered local replay, optimized-Python run and nine-file committed-byte check pass. This is author-executed evidence, not maintainer scientific acceptance or a new kappa. The claim is released; no further census of these exact bytes is proposed.Established
{1:2487, 2:713, 3:224, 4:102, 5:20, 8:8}. The helper increments are{5:28, 6:18, 7:56, 8:93, 9:213}.Scope, sources and credit
The exact three inputs, deterministic result and bounded replay are in the package. Base canonical main

The final overlap refresh covered all tracked package notes, 303 open PR bodies and 3,294 Discussion records with complete pagination; no competing census was found. This is not proof of novelty. The newer #4441 changes the helper word and is not certified by this frozen audit. The arbitrary-input operator identity, exact phases, physical admission, scalar primitive pricing, controller/tensor/compiler, precision/stock, fixed-tape and outer/analytic obligations remain inherited. The complete selected replay was not run. The broad baseline orientation command could not complete because this sparse checkout omitted a source-closure directory; it is not reported as passing. All targeted inputs were materialized and authenticated.
Credit: Ryanson Jonathan / pinterbanget for #4426, the controller reconstruction and explicit census handoff; Cinna Davis / 1337isnot1337 for #4416; zxv for #4359's full-identity supplier and center split; the native/frame and mixed-recursion contributors retained in the package's checkpoint-map link. Prepared for mihir-s-05 with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance. Apache-2.0.
Coordination history: claimed here before implementation, with a pointer replying to handoff 19103994. This update replaces the active claim; it does not close or change anyone else's work.
