Question: do the complete directory and metadata bounds in PR #4176, NUMERICAL.md sections 4-5, imply its conditional logical reserve after the pooled vocabulary change?

I am taking the independently reviewable directory/metadata part of #4176 Open next question 3. I will independently derive the literal field and Program lengths, compare the original directory producer with a separate byte-level oracle (including repeated physical prefixes and nonzero high lifts), and check the all-parameter absorption and active-chain arithmetic. The underlying payload allowance, packet-volume identity and code-lifetime inventory remain explicit premises; this does not certify physical backing, the whole caller, source-table construction, supplier admission or a new kappa.

Base: canonical main 624de9d. Predecessors: Chris R/Clear1nsight #4176 for the larger-vocabulary adaptation, David Arias #2753 for the logical ledger/caller, and the retained #2688 directory, #2708 routing and #2731 residual lifetime work. No source archive or selected record will change.
