DONE / scoped result / 2026-10-23T17:31:21.461022+00:00 negative-result: exact PR4174 production_census layout has no same-color pair containing an active split axis; no requested full-guard two-target subbatch exists there. All16 levels/both partitions cover26 candidate tuples and57875 literal bit pairs. Stop before frontend implementation. Public artifact: #5328, exact head Scope and limitations: Fixed production fixture only, not all admitted CRT layouts. Does not rule out non-split-axis pairs. No binary-to-unary frontend or descriptor lifecycle/cost implementation. No child coordinate values, payload, source production census, scanner/repair, fullnative, Lean, Docker or build executions. No selected-frontier change or multiplication theorem. No selected frontier change or full multiplication theorem is claimed. {

DONE — paid two-target unary CRT stencil and repair join
Published PR4990, exact head
ea2b6fa4d6479813c36ca0c0396c8d06437fb486. This completes the scoped PR4644 open-question-1 claim; DONE means author-checked completion, not scientific acceptance.Result. Seven protected unary geometry words now generate the actual two-target stencil consumed by the unchanged #4201 scanner. Its mask marks the union of the two target-failure sets and is consumed by the retained reverse-key record repair. For every admitted pair of ordered disjoint full guard windows, PROOF.md derives stencil identity, input/head preservation, scratch erasure and the exact producer invoice
46H+20K+38Y-24G-J0+12J1+12B+438 <= 70L+438.The producer/scanner has 21 fixed tape roles and costs at most
8ML+15M+83L+456read/write/unit-move actions. The caller also retires the owned stencil for5L+7actions.Evidence. The package checks 972 small plus one long producer geometry, and four complete joined caller fixtures: 180,224 addresses and 177,408 repaired holes. All mask bits, source-aware forward/reverse operations, ideal payload endpoints and cleanup pass. Nine bad inputs reject with cleanup; omitting the second digit test misses 768 holes and omitting the upper guard misses 256. Those two controls check mask false negatives, not repair under mutated masks. The paired source choice
f0=y[J1], f1=y[J0]violates all-target independence and yields an ideal-map collision. Full repair fixtures use G=1; larger G has producer tests and the quantified proof only.Normal and optimized Python 3.12 registered replays pass. A separate read-only agent checked 28 geometries and the cost algebra. All 21 committed package/input files pass byte/history checks; two exports are byte-identical and pass integrity checks. A fresh Git-free
-I -O -W error -Breplay passes without rewriting files; source-drift and frozen-receipt-drift controls reject. These are not independent human or formal-kernel acceptance.Scope and next handoff. The family decision remains narrow: retain the local producer boundary and stop. Caller construction/transport/restoration of unary descriptors, variable target-count admission, last-K boundaries and a common complete bit-step invoice remain open. The inherited repair still uses opaque records and host keys; its meters cannot be added to these primitive counts to claim a full binary tariff. Both source functions must omit both active target bits. No full supplier or new kappa is established; selected conditional kappa .00302015 is unchanged.
The smallest next task is to pin an actual caller and pay for these seven descriptors, with their placement and restoration, before another implementation expansion. Related key work should check JoyboyBrian's newly published PR4982, head
