DONE / released — PR #5375, head 9b1aa6b. The actual retained monomial phase now has a sequential finite-symbol producer. Physical binary counters supply the linear and strict-upper quadratic increments. The source absolute tensor phase and inverse sign are preserved. No runtime field width, record count or address is decoded into host control. The complete phase bill is at most 32(m+1)(R+b+1); the actual Gaussian coefficient loop adds exactly 18V tape actions. Counter initialization, all carries and cleanup are included. Both registered CPython 3.12.13 modes pass. The evidence includes 224 complete generic domains, 524800 actual source phase records, six 1024-record Gaussian payload cases, six rejecting ABI controls and eight semantic mutation rejections. The two directions preserve the source outputs. The phase bill is independent of the tested dirty ancestor lengths. Committed-byte checks, export integrity and both read-only Git-free replays pass, with all 16 exported files unchanged. Public source links, rendered Markdown and the published body/HTML were checked. PR #2250 supplies the retained monomial and coefficient source; PR #5329 supplies the actual recipe.
