DONE / RELEASED — 1/10: Certify arbitrary-rank invoice order across exponent ranges. A complete bounded cover now handles noncommensurate ranks, certifies sign regions and unique crossings, and retains unresolved boxes. The pinned selected bill has one crossing box of width 1/107374182400 on [0.99,1]. This is raw accounting, not a new supplier or kappa. Validation: 7 tests pass normally and under -O on Python 3.12; 36 independent logarithm checks, 108 power/derivative samples, unique-crossing and coverage controls, selected-bill fixture, isolated optimized CLI and git diff --check. CLAIM — contribution 2/10: checked recursive job substitution with full coproduct and fee accounting. Base de5ec2e, priorities 8. Replace selected paid jobs with scaled copies of an inner invoice, consume exactly one matching inner target per replacement, retain every remaining target and charge an explicit outer-level fee invoice. Require integer scale factors and strictly smaller inner children. Emit a standard invoice and exact source/output receipts; reject unavailable demand, circular children and incompatible declarations. This is arithmetic support for constructive proposals, not proof that physical callers compose. PR4167 concerns actual closed primitive protocols and parent parking; it does not supply this histogram substitution tool and is not modified. Existing additive composition PR5733 does not consume matched targets or replace jobs. Fresh PR and Discussion checks plus the historical cache found no matching active tool scope. Expiry 2026-10-26T18:30:00Z. No new kappa or frontier change. |

DONE / RELEASED — 2/10: Substitute recursive jobs with matched-target and fee accounting. Constructive proposals can replace existing paid jobs by scaled inner bills without double-counting the served target. Every remaining coproduct credit and an explicit fee invoice survive. Strict child ranks reject circular recursion. Validation: 6 new tests normal and -O on Python 3.12; 144 models and 432 exact moment identities; target/scale/circularity/overdraw/overflow controls; exact CLI receipts; 5 existing composition tests; git diff --check. CLAIM — contribution 3/10: exact selection of compatible invoice edits under integer resource budgets. Base de5ec2e, priorities8. Enumerate every subset of up to16 declared single-edit invoices at a rational exponent. Enforce resource capacities and gross removal limits against the original paid/target inventory. Produce the best feasible combined invoice, a rigorous optimum enclosure and an explicit unresolved-precision outcome when intervals overlap. Do not equate a numerical minimum with a certified winner. This targets larger gains from compatible edits, including shared helper/cut exclusions represented as capacities. It does not search physical words or certify that resource declarations are complete. Fresh open PR/Discussion checks and cached historical text found no matching tool scope. Only this question is reserved; expiry2026-10-26T18:30:00Z. No merge, frontier or kappa claim. |

DONE / RELEASED — 3/10: Select compatible invoice edits with an exhaustive optimum certificate. The exact finite selector finds compatible multi-edit gains that a largest-single-edit choice misses. It certifies optimality only when rigorous intervals or exact histogram equality permit it. Resource declarations and physical independence remain explicit obligations. Validation: 7 tests normal and -O on Python 3.12; 25 independent 256-subset oracles; full 65,536-subset boundary; gross-inventory and precision controls; isolated CLI byte receipts; git diff --check. CLAIM — contribution 4/10: constructive rank-transfer certificates. Base de5ec2e, priorities8. Turn equal-mass paid concentration and target refinement into integer transfers with a separate replay checker. This makes the arithmetic change explicit for source designers. It does not certify a legal map or a complete caller. The old majorization audit in PR122 and existing hinge comparator supply context; neither provides this reusable transfer-plan interface. Fresh open PR/Discussion and cached historical overlap checked; scope limited to scripts, tests and guide. Expiry 2026-10-26T18:30:00Z. No frontier change. |
|
DONE / RELEASED — 4/10: Construct and independently replay concave rank-transfer plans. Equal-mass paid concentration and target refinement now have explicit integer transfer certificates. A separate checker validates every balancing step and endpoint. Failed scope conditions are reported as restricted obstructions, not global barriers. Validation: 6 tests normal and -O on Python 3.12; 390 equal-mass vector pairs with 221 valid plans and independent hinge checks; both paid and target orientations; malformed replay, slot boundary and isolated CLI hashes; git diff --check. Exact head |

CLAIM — contribution 5/10: exact two-fee regions for increasing concave tariffs. Base de5ec2e, priorities8. Derive all hinge constraints on two nonnegative paid fee multiplicities, compute the exact rational feasible polygon, and return limiting ranks and whole-fee budgets at a fixed first fee. This lets a caller designer trade route and restoration costs without a floating-point optimizer. All invoices must share a declared contract; both fee patterns must be nonzero and paid-only. No source legality or κ admission is claimed. Live and cached overlap checks found no matching utility scope. Expiry 2026-10-26T18:30:00Z. |

DONE / RELEASED — 5/10: Compute exact two-fee tradeoff regions for concave invoice gains. The tool returns the full rational fee region, binding hinge ranks, and the largest whole second fee at a fixed first fee. It exposes the zero linear slack that can block fees despite strict power gains, without treating that conservative test as a universal barrier. Validation: 6 tests normal and -O on Python 3.12; 30 independent polygon intersection oracles and 1080 integer-grid tariff checks; exact fractional/whole budgets, zero-slack and malformed controls; isolated CLI byte hashes; git diff --check. CLAIM — contribution 6/10: optimal weighted helper-lifetime allocation with a replayable lower bound. Base de5ec2e, priorities8. Given declared half-open lifetimes and integer field widths, assign reusable slot ranges without unit expansion and return a simultaneous-live-set witness for the minimum pool size. A separate verifier will check coverage, collisions and the lower bound. PR5717 verifies an actual P104 owned schedule; this utility does not replace its source/native checks. PR1865 and historical T74 pooling provide scheduling context, not this generic weighted allocation interface. Fresh/cached overlap checked. Scope only arithmetic allocation; noncontiguous slots permitted, fixed lifetimes, no scheduling changes. Expiry2026-10-26T19:30:00Z. |
|
DONE / RELEASED — 6/10: Allocate optimal weighted helper pools with independent replay certificates. Constructed minimum reusable helper pools with matching simultaneous-live-set lower bounds. The frozen PR5717 local example reproduces the two-field minimum. Arbitrary widths use ranges, not unit expansion. Fixed lifetimes, noncontiguous freely assignable slots and safe cleanup are explicit premises. Validation: 7 tests normal and -O on Python 3.12; 364 exhaustive three-lifetime schedules; 100 random 40-lifetime schedules; all 512 lifetimes at width 10^60; corrupted certificates; isolated CLI generation/replay; frozen PR5717 11-lifetime example proves pool 2; git diff --check. CLAIM — contribution 7/10: exact rational linear-program certificate replay. Base de5ec2e, priorities8. Check primal/dual objective bounds, Farkas infeasibility witnesses, and improving rays for a declared finite max cx, Ax<=b, x>=0 model. Use exact rational arithmetic, explicit residuals and input hashes. This is a solver-output verifier, not a new optimization search or a physical lower-bound theorem. Existing source-specific dual certificates retain credit and scope. Fresh live and cached overlap checked; no generic matching scripts interface found. Expiry2026-10-26T19:30:00Z. |
|
DONE / RELEASED — 7/10: Replay exact LP bounds, infeasibility witnesses and improving rays. Solver output can now be replayed with exact rational primal/dual bounds, a strict Farkas contradiction, or a feasible improving ray. Zero objective gap is required for optimality; tiny infeasibilities are rejected without tolerances. Validation: 7 tests normal and -O on Python 3.12; 81 exact box optima checked by independent enumeration; rational fee optimum, nonzero gaps, Farkas/ray controls, strict boundary and malformed rejection, isolated CLI hashes; git diff --check. Exact head |
|
CLAIM — contribution 8/10: certified best-candidate regions for common-base invoices. Base de5ec2e, priorities8. Compare up to eight complete candidate bills across 0<t<1. Reuse the existing polynomial/Sturm implementation to certify which candidates minimize the signed cost on each open region, retain exact rational boundary ties, count extra tangencies, and keep unresolved transition boxes when the work limit is reached. This extends pairwise classification to choosing among whole candidates, without treating a grid as a proof. Cached/live overlap found no matching utility; PR5746 supplies the retained polynomial foundation. No physical or κ admission claim. Expiry2026-10-26T19:30:00Z. |
|
DONE / RELEASED — 8/10: Certify best-invoice regions across common-base power costs. Up to eight whole candidate invoices now have exact best-candidate regions, rational boundary ties, and counted isolated tangencies. An irrational transition retains an unresolved box at the explicit budget. Shared noncommensurate terms can cancel before the common-base test. Validation: 8 new tests normal and -O on Python 3.12; 125 quadratic extrema oracles; 64 endpoint/multiplicity controls; exact three-way region changes and ties; irrational root box; degree29/10^60 coefficients; isolated CLI hashes; existing polynomial suite; git diff --check. CLAIM — contribution 9/10: fee-aware optimization of one target partition. Base de5ec2e, priorities8. Enumerate all multiplicities of a bounded menu through exact dynamic programming, preserve total target rank, charge each piece fee, and emit the best complete invoice. Rigorous power intervals give an optimum enclosure and an independent best-alternative lower bound; optimality and improvement remain unresolved when precision does not separate them. The menu is declared, not a claim that splits have legal source maps. This is distinct from active P104 split construction work. Live and cached overlap checked. Expiry2026-10-26T19:30:00Z. |
|
DONE / RELEASED — 9/10: Optimize complete target partitions with explicit piece fees. The optimizer searches the full bounded multiplicity menu, emits a complete fee-charged invoice, and separately certifies optimality and improvement. A third dynamic-program pass bounds every alternative to the chosen partition. The full boundary case selects 32 rank8 pieces, attaining the independent concave bound. Validation: 8 tests normal and -O on Python 3.12; 36 independent Decimal/count-vector oracles; excluded-alternative DP enumeration; precision and non-improvement controls; full 16-option/rank256/32-piece boundary matches the concave equal-rank optimum; isolated CLI hashes; git diff --check. CLAIM — contribution 10/10: identity-preserving complete invoice assembly. Base de5ec2e, priorities8. Assemble named component bills only after every declared source inventory item is assigned exactly once in total, with paid and target identities kept separate and actual source-file hashes checked. Reject omissions, duplicate credit, unknown items and changed source bytes. Include a frozen selected5599 receipt example. This proves conservation relative to the declared inventory; it does not prove that an inventory exhausts a physical source or that distinct IDs are independent targets. Existing source-specific exporters retain those obligations. Fresh/cached overlap checked; no matching generic assignment checker found. Expiry2026-10-26T19:30:00Z. |

DONE / RELEASED — 10/10: Assemble complete invoices with source identity and coverage checks. The assembler rejects omissions and duplicate source-item credit even when aggregate histograms look correct. It checks actual source bytes and exact coverage, then emits a complete invoice plus component receipts. A frozen selected5599 example reproduces the complete recursive bill. Semantic completeness and physical target independence remain source obligations. Validation: 7 tests normal and -O on Python 3.12; 60 independent component splits; same-histogram duplicate-target rejection; actual source hash mutation/missing/duplicate controls; frozen selected5599 32-item ledger reproduces 66726 paid jobs and 13048 targets; isolated CLI input/source/output hashes; git diff --check. DONE / all ten scopes released. The opening post now has the ten final PR heads, combined verification, exact source-receipt handoff, CI job links, attribution and remaining source obligations. All 69 new tests pass locally in the combined tree and in final-head hosted planning logs. The unchanged assignment-test failures are reproduced and documented. No selected-frontier change or new complete kappa claim. |

The combined focused suite on Python 3.12.14 passes 69 new tests and 35 existing checks, both normally and with
-O. One optional existing SymPy check is skipped. New guide links resolve. The selected record, source archives, task catalogue, current-status and review ledger are unchanged. The new tests are registered through the existingtest_research_*.pydiscovery rule. The integrated isolated/optimized CLI handoff starts from the exact frozen selected5599 RESULT bytes, checks the component inventory, emits the complete invoice, and feeds it to the interval tool. It reproduces 66,726 paid jobs and 13,048 target credits. Source SHA-256:

On[99/100,1], the 31-cell cover has one crossing in(53520636719/53687091200, 107041273439/107374182400), width1/107374182400. This is a recursive-moment check, not a new complete κ certificate.Other concrete controls include all 65,536 edit subsets at the selector limit, 390 equal-mass transfer vector pairs, independent two-fee polygon intersections, the eleven frozen PR5717 local lifetimes with minimum pool two, 81 enumerated LP optima, 125 quadratic extrema and 64 root-multiplicity controls, and the full target-partition limit attaining the independent equal-rank concave bound. Positive, malformed and scope-failure cases are included in every contribution.
Hosted CI is not green. All 69 new tests pass in their final-head planning logs. Every planning job fails with the same eight failures and two errors in unchanged
test_research_current_assignment; the downstream replay jobs are skipped. The complete unchanged assignment module reproduces exactly those ten failure signatures locally. Its old frozen-card expectations do not match priority revision 8. No test or CI predicate was weakened.Final-head CI evidence: #5753, #5754, #5759, #5760, #5762, #5763, #5767, #5768, #5769, #5770.
Each PR contains its own guide, proof or invariant argument, bounded interface, reproducible tests, source/output receipts where applicable, predecessor credits, and Open next questions. The PR bodies were read back and rendered after adding the CI evidence. Prepared for Ali Romman with substantial OpenAI Codex assistance; independent human or proof-kernel review is not claimed.
Remaining work: review the arithmetic interfaces and bind promising optimizer outputs to legal source operations, independent targets, complete fees and compiler obligations. An optimum over a declared menu, a fixed-lifetime allocation, or a finite LP is not a universal construction optimum. The overlap search covered all live open PR heads/bodies, bounded changed-file lists with coverage shortfalls, recent Discussions, and the prior full-text cache; it cannot exclude unpublished work. All scopes in this series are released.
