So seeing the "recommended" on hardware - what is stopping this project from running on Pi5 w/ Ai hat? something isn't clicking for me on why something with this direction needs to be resource heavy for offline/portable. (i7/R7/R5 paired with Nvidia 3060 is rediculous imo for recommended)
From my perspective I want to see this to succeed, but it needs to fit in my pocket not a large carryon pelican case "bag"

If you use a Pi5, you won't be able to use the AI hat with an M.2 nvme. As far as I know, the Pi5 is single lane PCI 3.0 only.
