How do you add your own websites to the Information Library?

I have created some ZIM files for websites I often use. I can open them in the Kiwix application on my computer but I have no idea how to add them to my Information Library. I am not sure if this is even possible currently.

Klendgit outlined a way to add maps by moving them to the destination folder via Terminal. I wondered if this was a possible way to add my websites. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,

You can add your zim files by placing them in this location: /opt/project-nomad/storage/zim/ When you then go to this link http://localhost:8080/settings/zim/remote-explorer you can reload your content files and kiwix should pick them up.
I tried this myself with a self-created zim file, but the format was not accepted. So, if they do not show up in your information library, check the logs via http://localhost:9999/ and select nomad_kiwix_server

Any pointers on creating ZIM files for websites that have content you want to use in NOMAD?

Checkout zimit via https://github.com/openzim/zimit - but I have never used it myself.

FWIW Zimit works great. The caveat is that the target site itself may have restrictions on robots accessing things, which will cause anything between pages missed to the whole site not being accessible to Zimit.
