[MPDX-8472] Generate URLs with current accountListId

Description

Due to insufficient dependencies, getContactHrefObject was generating URLs with an old accountListId.

Reproduction

• On staging, load Pedro Pérez' contacts list (https://stage.mpdx.org/accountLists/5721eaaf-4596-4412-ae68-ccdd291b804d/contact)
• Switch to a different account list
• Click on any contact
• See that the account list in the URL changes back to Pedro's and see the GraphQL warning about the contact not being found

Testing

• Follow the same steps above in the preview environment
• Verify that the account list id does not change in the URL and that there is no GraphQL warning
