Support of YAML & JSON with --output

The --output flag is documented currently as ONLY supporting JSON, when in fact for some commands it supports both YAML & JSON. 

This issue is to verify that all commands with the --output flag support both YAML & JSON, and if they don't, to cause them to, for consistency.
