Correct "Databases Not Ready" Field when Running "pgo status"

The Databases Not Ready field displayed when running pgo status now displays the proper information. Specifically, it only displays the database pods that are not yet running.

Non-database pods, e.g. pgBackRest stanza-create and shared repo pods, are displayed under Databases Not Ready when pgo status is run.
