Want to backup my notes in other formats

Describing the solution:

I would like NotallyX to support the ability to backup notes in additional file formats such as .txt. This would provide more flexibility for users who prefer or require access to their notes in universally supported, plain text formats. It would also make exporting, sharing, and integrating notes with other applications or devices easier.

Additional context:

Currently, NotallyX allows backup in its native format, but exporting to .txt would be highly useful for cross-platform usage, readability outside the app, and long-term archiving. Even an option to export individual notes or entire folders in .txt would be a great addition.

Related to #164 and #41
The problem is that there is metadata like reminders, labels, color, file attachments that cant simply be stored in a .txt file.
I do see the benefits of having the notes e.g. in a Markdown file format, but its just not that simple...
I am thinking about migrating from a database approach to Markdown but there is definitely more to it than just exporting a note's text to a file...

It would be amazing to be able to export .txt or .md.

I'm sure if its only for the text part someone could just do an SQL dump of the baseNote table and sepeepate titles and body with some scripting.

As for the markdown part , I like the idea of a dedicated notes app.

There are great 3rd party markdown editors already.

And also moving to a file based Solution instead of a database will add complexity to the security features of the app like encrypted isolated db etc

These where early issues that the Dev took time to accomplish.
