Add Link Note action + refactor linking URL

• Adds an option to link another Note:

Note: The displayed title of the linked note is not automatically synchronized if the linked note's title changes

• Slightly Refactored editing a Website Link with option to change the displayed link text:

I kinda think that it might be a good idea to move all those text formatting/link Actions out of the Context menu and move them into a separate toolbar on the bottom, like Google Keep does

But I will keep it for another PR I guess
