fix(readme): canonical xkcd is 2347 (Dependency), not 1319#5

The Nebraska-footer convention uses one canonical xkcd across every
project: 2347 ("Dependency" — the Nebraska comic), not a topical-per-
project pick. The initial RunPodBoss commit shipped with 1319; this
restores the correct number.
