This PR adds a feedback button for the upcoming demo(s) at the restaurants. The feedback dialog and submission allows for feedback type, a message, an optional screenshot, user ID, email, role, page, and timestamp. There is also a view page that displays this data and allows for the screenshot to be viewed as a clickable thumbnail.
