Add migration docs for cakephp/cakephp#16745
Add migration notes for read/write connection roles
Add read/write roles to Connection configuration
Add the upgrade notes for the new query subclasses to help with forwards compatibilty. I'll update all the code examples later.
I realize now that I need to backport the Connection and Database Query APIs as well.
Update the upgrade guide for Query classes
Document new addHelper() method.
