Deleted src/packages.sh and src/variables.sh as they are no longer needed.

Eliminate the redundant
nopasswdlogin_groupfunction and refactor the code to utilize the XDG Base Directory for configuration. Update documentation to reflect breaking changes and remove obsolete package and variable scripts.
