CyberLauncher is a full-screen, cyberpunk-themed desktop application launcher for Windows. It replaces the traditional Start Menu with a fast, keyboard-driven interface featuring fuzzy search, system-wide file indexing, and a distinctive glassmorphic cyberpunk aesthetic with neon accents.
