Features

CyberManager includes resource heatmaps, theming, system tray integration, and global hotkeys.


Resource Heatmap

What It Is

Adaptive thermal tinting shows resource usage at a glance:

  • CPU — Color intensity based on CPU usage
  • RAM — Color intensity based on memory usage
  • Similar to Windows Task Manager visualization

Heatmap Colors

Usage Color
Low Cool (green/blue)
Medium Warm (yellow/orange)
High Hot (red)

Configuration

  • Toggle heatmap on/off in Settings
  • Adjust color intensity
  • Per-column heatmap (CPU, RAM)

Dark Charcoal & Indigo
Light Slate & Royal Blue

Theme Features

  • Dynamic resource theming
  • Custom accent colors
  • Animated toggle switches

System Tray

Tray Icon

The system tray icon shows:

  • Application icon
  • Context menu on right-click
  • Minimize/restore on click

Minimize to Tray

  • Minimize sends to system tray
  • Close button can minimize instead of exit
  • Access via tray icon or hotkey

Global Hotkey

Default Hotkey

Press Ctrl+Alt+M to toggle CyberManager from any application.

Customizing

  1. Go to Settings → General
  2. Click the hotkey field
  3. Press your desired key combination
  4. Save

Requirements

  • Must include at least one modifier
  • Cannot conflict with system shortcuts

Always on Top

Pin Window

Keep CyberManager visible above other windows:

  • Toggle in Settings → General
  • Useful for monitoring while working
  • Toggle off for normal window behavior

Auto-Update

How It Works

  1. CyberManager checks GitHub Releases on startup
  2. When an update is available, a notification appears
  3. Download with progress bar
  4. Installer launches when complete

Update Settings

Setting Description
Auto-check Enable/disable update checking

Manual Update

  1. Go to Settings → About → Check for Updates
  2. Or: Download latest installer from releases

Window Management

Position Memory

  • Window position saved on close
  • Remembers monitor placement
  • Maximized state remembered

Multi-Monitor

  • Choose target monitor in Settings
  • Window opens on selected display
  • Follow-cursor option

High DPI

  • PerMonitorV2 DPI awareness
  • Crisp rendering on high-DPI displays
  • Automatic scaling
