New 'develop' branch

I think it would be a good idea to have a 'development' or 'develop' branch, so that we can actively develop on a dedicated branch and only merge development into main if a new stable version is released. This keeps main branch clean and guarantees that main is always:

1. Buildable
2. Stable
3. Equivalent to the current version.

Also, what about moving RapidRaw to an organization on GitHub ("RapidPhotography", "RapidRAW", ...) in the future sometime?

If this project grows further and you want other maintainers, that could be a solution.
