Frontend

• In the FileDetail page, Tag headers will now have a tooltip showing their full value when they are truncated if the size of the screen is too small;
• In the FileViewer page, the tab selection will now be part of the pathname and be forced into a selection to eliminate null states;
• In the Alerts page, a page with an AlertDetail opened can now be shared and will open that detail in the drawer, the "Sort by" menu has been added to sort the alerts, the "Manage favorites" menu has been improved to allow more options over the favorites, a "Default Search Parameters" menu has been added to manage the default state the Alerts page will open to, and minor stylistic changes have been made;
• In the SubmissionDetails and the FileDetail page, multiple navigation buttons have been changed to link buttons which can be opened in a new tab;
• For printing, the "adjust colors" option has been set to exact because, on some browsers, the colors wouldn't appear by default;
• In the HexViewer, the bug where the second to last line wouldn't appear when Row Folding was active has been resolved;
• In the FileDetail page, the TLSH value has been set to "Not Computable" when it is null.

UI

• Added the sort argument in the "/alert/list" route to sort the alerts;
• Added a parsing function that formats the favorites.
