Safelist/Badlist Changes

  • Add an expiry_ts to the items in the Safelist/Badlist
  • Add a configuration to set the default days-to-live for tag-related items in the different lists (default: 30 days)
  • Modify API endpoints to enforce an expiry_ts on tag-related items that are added/updated
