Bugfixes

• Explicitly set SameSite to "None" as opposed to null value which can cause issues with browser support (ie. some could default to Lax, which is not intended behaviour from AL's perspective)
• Update scan_key calculation to consider entire service selection (not just what's selected) to avoid caching issues on ingest
• Make sure to pull user provided default_external_sources from right place when submitting to system
