Ability to go into a noclip mode

I seem to consistently be able to get into a no clip mode. While using the viewpoint feature, if I click the game mid teleport to a viewpoint it will stop my character and put me into a no clip mode.

Are you referring to the teleportations in the homes?

I think its anywhere. If I right click then click viewpoints and click one of the options in the dropdown itll take me to a specific spot in the map. That or if I were to press page up/page down

The issue is that if a user leaves the animation of going to a viewpoint before it completes, the users navigation info does not revert back to the original. It removes collision and any indication of gravity that the AVs usually have in the walk view. This allows the user to walk through walls and go up, but not down in the world.
