refactor: move every implementation that does not implement the standard to sub-namespace "contrib"

some parts of the library do not implement the standard, but they implement addional side-cart functionality.

goal: move this functionality to the "contrib" folder .

requirement: no API (exports and interfaces) was changed - is still in tact
