Can we use extensions in browser sessions/fetcher?

Currently, browser extensions are disabled in HARMFUL_ARGS

So, is there any way to use browser extensions without compromising on stealth?
As Scrapling is using persistent context of chromium and extensions can be used in persistent context of chromium in playwright by passing the extension path in args.
