Design took a badly needed week off (thank you Mollie for handling this in my absence last week) -- Had a very productive meeting resulting in four PRs!

• Daniel and Kevin set up MongoDB in PR #28, to speed up development
• Ken did the truly important work of doing install and setup on Devise and Pundit in PR #29
• Lisa took a solid stab at onboarding documentation, which we'll continue to iterate on, in PR #30
• I made a small PR (#27) to resolve a Rails conventions issue

Since we're starting to really cook with gas at these meetings, I'm planning on spending December/early January building out a draft benchmark plan. I feel really good about the progress we're starting to make and I think we'll swing into 2016 really well.
