Meeting Agenda 2 6 2016

Proposed agenda for 2/6/2016 meeting:

• Talk about scheduling and timeline -- when are our goals for MVP deployed, when do we want fuller version in use, when do we want to just be occasionally logging in to fix bugs?
• Figure out benchmarks / milestones to strive for, to orient the project work on dev side ** 1m and 3m goals for code side ** 1m and 3m goals for design side
• Discuss prelim testing plan ** User testing ** Unit / Integration
• Discuss any git issues tagged in-person

For Mollie/Colin:

• Are current co-lead arrangements going okay?
• Is there anything we need from the CM corps generally?
• Is there anything we need from Jenn and Lisa?

Notes from mtg:

• MVP - replication of what we have at present -- getting CMs to enter the data and being able to spit out a CSV for dumping into the shared spreadsheet.
• Two weeks of testing on one line. Would like to be on call / co-ride with a CM and sit with them while they do their calls.
• Google analytics to see how people are using it.
