To-dos before full DC-line Release (goal: 8/22/2016-ish)

• Pick an official launch date! Should be a Monday and should not be Labor Day. 8/22!
• Train system admins beyond Colin
• Teach CMDs how to file a bug on GitHub
• Build a new, fallback excel spreadsheet in case system fails; document how to find and use
• Load previous two weeks (?) of data into the system (somehow - manual?)
• Lock existing excel spreadsheet on the day we launch to DC-line so CMs are forced to use the system
