We created the catalogue by extending ckan. The following table lists the properties which, from the perspective of ckan, are extensions.

The title, notes and URL could be viewed as required for the catalogue. The other fields are not.
Apart from the fulltext field, all the fields listed in the table are shown in ckan. The fulltext field enables the user to find records that contain text he or she is looking for, without the text being part of one of the facet values. Hidden fields are fields that are mapped onto, but not shown to the user.
