Compiled Functional Random Forest with Trajectory Analysis

##SUMMARY
This is an alpha release of the FRF package on 8/20/19 which includes a year's worth of changes. Critically, this package has a tested compiled version of the cross-sectional FRF, along with the first release of the FRF trajectories. All matlab files are compiled using the matlab 2016b compiler runtime (version 91).

--includes permutation testing for subtype identification
--all other code bases are compiled (but not necessariy tested)
--correlation matrices can be input with PCA or graph theory dimensionality reduction options
--trajectory code is included (needs Jim Ramsay's matlab FDA toolbox to function: http://www.psych.mcgill.ca/misc/fda/downloads/FDAfuns/Matlab/fdaM.zip)
