Unify open data links #7
Description
Subsume the open data page at and organize, and supplement, its links.
The link to http://ocp.dc.gov/publication/report-contracting-activity (removed from the "what data must an agency release" list) should be added to a section on citywide financial open data including:
"Contracts and Procurement - provides contracting information from a variety of agency sources
Budget and Revenue - provides comprehensive information about the District’s budget
Public Employee Salary Information - provides salary information about District employees"
and with Budget Data from the Open Data page.
The DC Register stuff should have its own section -- possibly along with a link to drafts.dc.gov in general (not just the Open Data Policy, but all the policies in review)
