This PR enable the existing workflows with some modification.
They all run on a self-hosted runner.
The Go workflow doesn't pass the tests, can remove it if preferred, same for vuln check.
The goreleaser workflow build binaries for Mac, Windows and Linux (arm / amd) and upload them in the workflow run summary. Moreover, it upload Linux deb packages into the nexus.

Packages will be used to install warp-ddn on cicd nodes
